#NoPinChallenge

Problem: Safety pins are a pain.  Alternatives are expensive.

Solution:  What if we told you that we have developed a solution that is fast, easy, fabric friendly, strong, and inexpensive?  Do we have your attention?

Hero:  Why do runners run races?  It's not all about the running.  If it was, they might as well just get a group of friends together and go for a run.  It would certainly be a lot cheaper.  Runners run races for the experience.  It's the atmosphere, the comradery, the support. What RB Tape does is take one aspect of the pre-race routine that is usually dreaded (pinning on a race bib) and turns it into a quick and easy process.  The runners are happy.  The runners tell their friends how great  your race is.  Your brand is elevated, your next race sells out, and you just became the hero for a small investment of $0.20 per runner.

Try/Fail:  I have been a runner for almost 25 years.  I have spend a lot of time and effort looking for the perfect alternative to safety pins.  Everything that I had come across fits into one of the following (or multiple) categories:

1. It's too expensive.

2. It requires an extra piece of equipment to worry about.

3. It requires me to keep track of little items from race to race.

4. It requires me to strap something around my waist or chest.

RB Tape really is the complete alternative to safety pins that doesn't fall into any of the above categories.  It is cheap, light weight, requires no extra equipment, and it is fabric friendly.  It has the potential to completely change the way that people wear race bibs around the world.

Testimonial

As you might guess, I am passionate about RB Tape.  But here is what others are also saying about RB Tape:

"This stuff is amazing. I've used it for a half marathon and for a Ragnar Relay race. I HATE race bibs. It takes forever to get the pins on and off, they leave holes in my shirt and it bugs me when I run. Two strips of this stuff and I didn't notice my bib when I was running, it took one second to put on and take off, I didn't have to keep track of pins for 24 hours in a car full of stuff and there weren't any holes or residue on my shirt even when I left it on for hours and slept in it! I'll never use pins again!" -Chelsea Hamilton

Challenge

I know that it is hard to change the way something has been done for many, many years.  That is why I would like to issue you a challenge.  Enclosed is a sample of RB Tape as well as a tester race bib.  All you have to do is remove the unprinted liner of the tape.  Turn the race bib over and place the sticky side down on the top of the race bib.  Repeat for the bottom.  Then remove the printed liner and stick the race bib to your shirt.  That's it.  Now I challenge you to test it out.  Wear it around the office.  Wear it on a run.  It will be a great conversation starter!  I guarantee you are going to love it.  It doesn't cost you anything to try it out.  If for any reason you don't like it, we would love you hear from you and find out why.  If you love it, we invite you to do a couple of things:

1. Let us know!  We would love you hear your feedback.

2. Let your friends know!  The more people that hear about us, the more we can start supplying races everywhere with RB Tape.  You can also use the hashtag #nopinchallenge to share with your friends on social media

3. Buy some tape!  RB Tape is now available for purchase on Amazon.  Just search for RB Tape and it should come right up.  We sell it in 500 count packages, but remember that you need two pieces of tape per runner.  This package will cover up to 250 runners.  From there, you can plan your purchase accordingly.

Bonus

If you are one of the first buyers of RB tape, send a copy of your receipt or confirmation email to tim@racebibtape.com and we will send you a free bonus gift.  But you have to act fast.  We have just a limited supply of gifts and when they are gone, they are gone.

So, what are you waiting for?  Take the tape out of the bag and give it a try.  You have nothing to lose and a whole lot to gain.
